Curating Consciousness Through Inquiry and Paint

Curiosity, observation and wonder have been my constant companions since early childhood. Happily they have remained ever present! I love playing with scrubby brushes and moving around the paint. It is wonderfully nourishing to paint my inner landscape and discover previously unknown qualities and strengths. The journey of discovery is what it’s all about! The fantastic bonus is a talisman painting that anchors that energy.

Through the Intentional Creativity® method I explore inner truths, untie knots and rest and restore within my inner sanctuary. It is deeply satisfying to explore with this method and I am exhilarated to participate as part of this global women’s art movement, school and museum. I feel a deep responsibility to share the experience of the IC method so other women can be empowered through their own insights and self discovery.
